This policy explains how Flowerstone Systems LLC ("we", "us"), based in Hinsdale, Illinois, handles information on this website and in our work with clients.

This website

This website has no forms and no chat, and it does not ask you for personal information. If you contact us, you do so by email, by phone, or by booking a call through our calendar page, and we receive only what you choose to send us.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally. This website sets no cookies.

Information you send us

Booking a call opens our Google Calendar booking page, which asks for your name, email address, phone number and company name. Google runs that page under its own privacy policy and passes your booking to us.

When you email, call or book a call, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply to you and to discuss our services. We do not sell it and do not share it with anyone else, except service providers we use to run our business (such as our email and calendar provider), who handle it on our behalf.

Freight data from clients

Before a client shares freight data with us, we sign a non-disclosure agreement. Freight data is stored privately, is used only to perform the audit and any services the client asks for, and is never sold.

We may use anonymized, aggregated rate statistics, such as average costs on a lane, for benchmarking. These statistics never identify a client, a client's customers, or a client's carriers and brokers.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law or our agreement with a client requires. Clients can ask us to delete their freight data at any time.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
