Three services, built on your own freight data

Most clients start with a freight spend review, then move to a savings plan and monthly monitoring. Each step stands on its own.

Freight Spend Review

We take 12 months of your truckload data and compare every load with what its lane should cost, using your own shipments on the same lane, in the same season, with the same equipment.

What we look at

  • Loads priced well above your own normal rate for the lane
  • Short-notice and late-week premiums
  • Brokers charging more than others on the same lanes
  • Fuel surcharges and accessorial charges (detention, lumper, layover)
  • Freight bills paid twice

What you get

A short written summary of what we found and a call to walk through it.

Savings Plan

A written action plan your logistics team can carry out without us.

  • Lane rebid targets. A target rate for each lane worth rebidding.
  • Broker changes. Where to move volume, and what to renegotiate.
  • Fuel surcharge alignment. Brokers price fuel differently. We set one fuel surcharge schedule for all of them, so none charges more for fuel than the rest.
  • A 90-day checklist. Who does what, week by week, and the numbers to check at 30, 60 and 90 days.

Ongoing Monitoring

Each month we check your new freight against the plan.

  • Lane rates against their targets
  • New duplicate bills
  • Fuel and accessorial charges

You get a short monthly note on whether the savings are holding, and what needs attention.

Fees are scoped to each engagement and discussed after the review.
